“Thank goodness for Spine and Sports… Thanks a million to Dr. Kessler, Ross, Amy and Dr. JC and Alison for everything. I would (and already have) recommended your practice to my friends and co-workers.” - Google Review

“For almost 10 years (I am 22!!) I suffered from chronic ankle sprains from an old soccer injury. After seeing an orthopedist in my hometown who gave me steroid injections in my ankle joint, and a podiatrist who did the same thing, I gave up. When I moved to Atlanta for college, I tried to find another place. I got a diagnosis and inserts for my shoes. Long term, not a good solution. Finally, I started looking in the city. I saw one doctor who while nice, wasn’t personable and didn’t tell me anything I didn’t already know. Then I called S&S.
They got me in the same day and after seeing Dr. Kessler, I started physical therapy that day. They didn’t want to give me a quick fix - no injections, no inserts, they wanted to find a solution to make me pain free. My PT was amazing, attentive, encouraging, and tough only when he needed to be. I can walk, run, etc without pain and as long as I pay attention and take care of myself, I can even wear heels and flip flops on occasion!
I also began seeing Dr. JC for chiropractic - mostly for convenience as it was all in one office and saved me a trip.
Dr. JC spent at least 45 minutes with me finding out about my lifestyle, stressed, etc to identify where my pain was coming from and how to best address it. I went from near daily migraines, to perhaps a handful in the last 6 months. My back pain no longer drives me to taking massive amounts of anti-inflammatories or keeps me up at night.
The office is awesome, the staff are friendly and always remember your name, they are helpful and I wouldn’t put my health in any one else’s hands at this point. I’m too young to be in pain and S&S helped me with that!”
