  • He felt that the graphic images (which have been approved by the FDA) go beyond conveying the health risks.
  • A lawsuit by cigarette companies to fight the requirement could take years to resolve and the US will have to wait until the smoke clears.
  • At least 43 other countries require graphic labels on cigarette packs.
